This challenging discussion will force you to grow your thought process and expand your analysis of team building. Our speaker will provide valuable insights on what to value, how to call team members, how you can empower them, what your roles are during the execution, and how to evaluate the process.

Most work is done in some form of a team environment, yet organizations provide no clear guidance, training, or development on how to build your team. Jesus provided a great model of team building, as he intentional built his team of apostles. He chose the twelve to work as his team, but he also had his inner three, and finally, John, the disciple whom He loved.

We will help you work through the process of identifying team players, leveraging their strengths to tasks, and empowering them to execute their responsibilities.
