Vendor Information

Boxes and packages under 40 pounds can be shipped ahead of time to the conference chair for transport to the conference. 

For larger items, vendors will be responsible for transporting items to the conference. Please note the following details from our conference site:

The RESORT is not responsible for any arrangements or expenses associated with the shipping of materials, merchandise, exhibits or any other items to and from the RESORT. The RESORT must be notified at least seven (7) days in advance, and any consignments shipped to the RESORT should include the following on the package: Auburn Marriott Opelika Resort & Spa/Receiver’s Name & Phone number/Group Name/3700 Robert Trent Jones Trail, Opelika, AL 36801. Storage rental fees will be imposed if the items are delivered prior to 72 hours before the scheduled event at $25 per day/per package. Following your event, the RESORT will store your items up to three (3) days. All packages should be labeled and sealed before your departure and storage. Any special equipment will require the receiver to be on property to facilitate delivery.

Express Packs/Envelope- Complimentary 

Box/Container under 25 lbs. $15.00 

Box/Container under 25 -75lbs. $20.00 

Box/Container under 76-124 lbs. $40.00 

Box/Container over 125 lbs. $60.00 

Pallet Items $100.00 

Crate under 150 lbs. $100.00 

Crate 150 lbs. and over $150.00
