Delete Your Flori Account

Flori users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data from within the Flori mobile application.
Delete Your Account in the App
1. Open the Flori app.
2. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
3. Open your Profile.
4. Open Settings.
5. Go to the account or security settings.
6. Select “Delete Account.”
7. Review the information shown and confirm your request.
You may be asked to authenticate again before the request can be completed.
Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the Flori app, you may send an account deletion request to:

Use the subject:

Send the request from the email address associated with your Flori account. We may request additional information to verify that you own the account.
Data Deleted or Anonymized
When your deletion request is processed, the following data associated with your account will be deleted or anonymized:
• Profile and account information
• Saved plant records and plant details
• Plant care tasks and care history
• Plant scanning and diagnosis records
• Uploaded plant images and attachments
• Notification tokens and reminder preferences
• AI diagnosis conversations and related content
• Other personal content associated with your Flori account
Data That May Be Retained
Limited information may be retained where necessary for:
• Legal or regulatory obligations
• Accounting and transaction records
• Fraud prevention and security
• Resolving disputes
• Enforcing our agreements
Store purchase and subscription records may also be retained by Google Play, the Apple App Store, or RevenueCat according to their own retention policies.
Information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until those backups are replaced through the normal backup cycle.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Flori account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play or Apple App Store subscription.
You must cancel active subscriptions through your Google Play or Apple App Store subscription settings.
Processing
We will process verified deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible and within any period required by applicable law.
Delete Specific Data Without Deleting Your Account
You may delete individual plant records directly within the Flori app without deleting your account.
1. Open Flori and sign in.
2. Open the plant record you want to remove.
3. Open the plant options.
4. Select “Delete Plant.”
5. Confirm the deletion.

Please describe the data you want deleted. Send the request from the email address associated with your Flori account. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.
