Schedule & Guidelines

Please note that the final schedule will be updated soon here.

• The posters must be in A0 size and portrait orientation

• Please bring a printed copy of your poster to the venue. No arrangements will be made by the organisers to print the poster. 

• Wooden poster boards measuring 4 feet by 4 feet will be provided for displaying the posters. Basic stationery, such as double-sided tape to fix the poster, will also be provided
