Hotel Accommodation
A list of hotels offering discounted tariffs for the symposium participants is provided below. Participants may contact the hotels directly to book their accommodations.
Transport from these listed hotels to the symposium venue and return will be arranged. Participants staying elsewhere may arrange their own transport to the venue.
While sending email requests to book the accommodation in these hotels, please mention "PRL ASI Symposium-005" in the subject line and also mark a copy to Ms. Richa (PRL) at richa@prl.res.in
The discounted tariffs are available till 15 December 2025. Please make your reservations before that.

Guest House Accommodation
Participants who have been allotted guest house accommodation have been informed individually via email
Guest house accommodation is arranged in PRL Thaltej Guest House located in Sindhu Bhavan Road, Ahmedabad. Location - https://maps.app.goo.gl/RYRUc9fNTdUCUnum6. It may be noted that this is about 6 km away from PRL Navarangpura campus (venue of the symposium) and PRL Navarangpura Guest house. Transport will be arranged on the days of the symposium from Thaltej guest house to the venue and return.
