Project :

• Blending APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingridient) using 1500 L, 2000 L and 2500 L IBCs (Intermediate Bulk Carriers).

Personal Contribution :

• Studied P& ID (Process and Instrumentation Drawing), GA drawings and assisting design team in preparing BOM (Bills of Material).
• Coordinated with the controls team for verification of electrical drawings, selection of HMI and PLC.
• Coordinated with purchase and manufacturing team for planning and scheduling the manufacturing of the equipment.
• Validated the project by conducting trials and FAT (Factory acceptance test).
• Prepared manuals, DQ (Design Qualification), IQ (Installation Qualification) and OQ (Operation Qualification).
