Project :

• Unloading Bulk Raw materials received in bags of various sizes and conveying the materials to a ribbon blender at the rate of 3 tons per hour.

Personal Contribution :

• Studied P& ID (Process and Instrumentation Drawing), GA drawings and assisting design team in preparing BOM (Bills of Material).
• Coordinated with the controls team for verification of electrical drawings, selection of HMI and PLC.
• Coordinated with purchase and manufacturing team for planning and scheduling in time manufacturing of the equipment.
• Validated the project by conducting trials and FAT (Factory acceptance test).
• Prepared manuals.

Experience Gained :

• Good understanding of screw conveyors, lean phase conveying and pneumatic conveying methods.
