Project :

• Blending various material using using 800L IBCs (Intermediate Bulk Carriers) for the production 'TANG' powder.

Personal Contribution :

• Studied P& ID (Process and Instrumentation Drawing), GA drawings and assisting design team in preparing BOM (Bills of Material).
• Coordinated with the controls team for verification of electrical drawings, selection of HMI and PLC.
• Coordinated with purchase and manufacturing team for planning and scheduling in time manufacturing of the equipment.
• Validated the project by conducting trials and FAT (Factory acceptance test).
• Prepared manuals.
• Coordinated with the dispatch team to ensure in time delivery of the equipment at client site.
