The Green Gold Mine Loyalty Program is Ashology’s exclusive rewards system designed to thank our loyal customers. By joining, you can earn points on every purchase and redeem them for discounts, free gifts, and exclusive perks.


2. How do I sign up for the program?  

Signing up is easy and free! Simply fill out the registration form on our website, and you’ll be enrolled in the program immediately. Sign up here.


3. How do I earn points?

You earn 1 point for every pound you spend when you share your purchase in social media, half of it if you didn't. Additionally, we run special promotions where you can earn double points on limited-edition collections.


4. Can I earn points for past purchases?

Yes! To claim points for past purchases, upload a photo of your purchased item to your Facebook timeline and Instagram story, mention "Ashologyeg", and use the hashtag |#GreenGoldMine". Your points will be credited within 48 hours, and you’ll receive a notification.


5. How do I redeem my points?

Points can be redeemed at different tiers for rewards such as discounts, free gifts, or customized products. Visit our Rewards Page for a detailed list of redemption options and their corresponding point values.


6. How long does it take for points to be added to my account?

Points from new purchases are typically added within 24-48 hours. If you are claiming points from past purchases via social media, the same timeframe applies after your post is verified.


7. Do my points expire?

May subject to annual expiry, so you can accumulate them and redeem them whenever you’re ready.


8. What are the exclusive member benefits? 

As a member, you’ll enjoy birthday bonuses, early access to new collections, invitations to exclusive bamboo crafting workshops, and more!


9. How can I refer a friend?

Simply share your unique referral link or tell your friends to mention your name during their first purchase. Both you and your friend will receive 50 bonus points after their purchase is completed.


10. Can I earn extra points for choosing specific products?

Yes! Purchasing any items from the limited set we announce will earn you double points on that purchase.


11. How will I be notified of my point balance and rewards?  

You’ll receive notifications about your points balance and rewards through email. You can also check a dashboard of your points by logging into your account on our website.


12. Is there a fee for joining?

No, joining the Green Gold Mine is completely free.


13. What should I do if my points are not added after posting on social media?
