Leadership Talks
As leaders of their organizations, CEOs & CTOs today are expected to examine the meaning, evolution, and impact of disruption by exploring disruption theory, innovation strategy, and human-centered design. This ASEI CXO Summit is bringing together a diverse set of C-suite executives for conversation and leadership talks. These discussions will give insights into the tools and techniques available to drive innovation and protect themselves and their organizations against industry disruption. Whether it is adoption of cloud.AI/ML, Digitaltwins or now the terms du jour -Metaverse and Web3.. it is clear that we are not going back to our pre-pandemic way at many levels. The Great transformation is underway and our expert speakers will help us understand it through examples of real situations they have helped their teams overcome, so that the audience will gain a unique perspective.

What are public and corporate leaders doing in this realm and how are they supporting the commercial entities within their jurisdiction. This panel of CXOs , academics and influential leaders will explore these and more.
Youth Technology Exposition (YTE)
ASEI has always supported STEM and youth empowerment initiatives. Our University Connect and STEM programs intersect at the YTE event . The YTE is intended to provide a forum for young engineers and scientists to showcase their work in the areas of engineering and emerging technologies .
Adapting to Covid times where we can not meet in person to see science fair projects and interact with students and to recognize deserving students, we have invited young scientists and engineers from High School to Undergrad engineering students to participate in our flagship YTE during this virtual ASEI 34th National Convention.
Each participant gets a chance to speak while showing their work. Selected from preliminary rounds of hundreds of participants, the final 5 will be given a chance to present their work in front of the entire ASEI convention audience and the face judges' questions in a live Q&A session. Combined with Judges score, audience polling will have a swing vote to determine the ultimate winner of the YTE.
Last year top 3 finalists were women. Who says engineering is lacking diversity? Lets see what happens this time!!
