Spring 2024

Ft Lauderdale, Florida

This group of 35 Stony Brook students and faculty worked with Habitat for Humanity and participated in a Collegiate Challenge to build new housing and volunteer at ReStore.

Spring 2023

New Orleans, Louisiana

This group of 32 Stony Brook students and faculty worked with HandsOn NOLA to provide diester relief by cleaning up local parks, bayous, and an orchard.

Spring 2022

Houston, Texas

This group of 33 Stony Brook students and faculty worked with St. Bernard Project (SBP) to provide disaster relief by helping rebuild homes affected by Hurricane Harvey.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, no trips were able to be made in 2020 or 2021 :(

Spring 2019

Pasadena, California

This group of 62 Stony Brook students and faculty worked with the Pasadena Education Foundation to help garden and beautify the local public schools that do not have much funding as the private schools in the area.

Spring 2018

Pinellas County, Florida

This group of 67 Stony Brook students and faculty worked with Habitat for Humanity to help fix/rebuild homes that were destroyed by Hurricane Irma.

Spring 2017

San Antonio, TX

This group of 65 Stony Brook students and faculty worked with Blanco Regional Recovery Team to help rebuild homes lost/damaged due to flooding.

Spring 2016

Nashville, TN

This group of 80 Stony Brook students and faculty worked with Hands On Nashville, to provide sustainable and equitable food options in the local community.

Spring 2015

Fort Myers, Florida

This group of 81 Stony Brook students and faculty worked with Habitat for Humanity to rebuild damaged homes.

Spring 2014

Boulder, Colorado

This group of 90 Stony Brook students and faculty worked to help with flood relief by cleaning up the debris left from the Sept. 2013 flood.

One group of 42 Stony Brook students and faculty worked to help restore the gulf coast and help with erosion prevention.

New Orleans, LA

One groups of 41 Stony Brook students and faculty worked with HeadStart, a federal program that promotes the school readiness of children ages birth to 5 from low-income families.

This group of 44 Stony Brook students and faculty also focused on tornado relief.

This group of 43 Stony Brook students and faculty focused on tornado relief.

Spring 2011: Two Trips

Pensacola, Florida

This group helped clean the Gulf Coast with BP Oil spill relief, and prevent further erosion.

This group worked with Katrina's Kids, a child and family development program that provides services and experiences to promote the growth and development of the family.

Atlanta, Georgia

This group helped with the major flooding that had destroyed many neighborhoods.

This group worked to aid in post-Hurricane Ike relief work.

Spring 2006 - 2008

New Orleans, LA

Worked with Habitat for Humanity – Collegiate College to help those who continued to be devastated by Hurricane Katrina.
