In the mornings we did construction work (painted walls of new houses and shingled roofs). And in the afternoons we worked at ReStore (stocking, organizing, landscaping and painting).

Cost of the Trip:

$575 that was done in three installments. 1st payment of $275 was non-refundable and due February 1st, the 2nd payment of $150 was due February 15th, the 3rd and final payment of $150 was due March 1st.
More Trip Logistics:
We stayed at Hugh Taylor Birch State Park over the week. They provided our housing for the entire duration of our trip. They also provided our lunches, snacks, and water for us to have at our worksites.
After the workday ends, we explored the Fort Lauderdale area and went to different attractions.
