Meet the Crew

Andrew McGinn (DIRECTOR)

Andrew McGinn is a graduate of Interlochen Arts Acacdemy has been a professional actor, director, and teacher since his graduation from The Juilliard School in 1998.

McGinn has performed in over 150 theater productions at notable venues including Lincoln Center, The Lyceum, Chicago Shakespeare, The Old Globe, Seattle Rep, ACT, The Western Playhouse, New Jersey Shakespeare, The Hangar Theater, The NY Shakespeare Festival / Public Theater (five productions), La Jolla Playhouse, and spent two seasons touring classical theater with The Acting Company. He was also drumming and throwing marshmallows as a Blue Man, performing in New York City.

McGinn earned his Master of Fine Arts in Directing at the University of Washington, and directed David Edgar's Pentecost as his thesis production. Post-MFA directing credits include Female Transport at Seattle University, Indian Ink at Sound Theatre Company, All's Well that Ends Well for Freehold's Ensemble Training Intensive and Fuente Ovejuna at Cornish College of the Arts, as well as several productions for Interlochen Arts Academy


Ben Schneck (ASM)

Ben Schneck is a first year junior at Interlochen Arts Academy! Schneck grew up in New York City and moved to Georgia at age 11. He quickly grew out of his military school's program and decided to go to Interlochen Arts Camp in 2018. He played roles at camp including, Ebenezer Scrooge and Grandpa Joe Bucket in showcases.

In his first year at Academy, Schneck has been in the Kids Commute Collab, and the devised production Of Green Gables as Mrs. Rachel Lynde. He also worked lights on Anon(ymous), and danced as a Mouse in The Nutcracker.


Charlotte Kearns (SM)

Charlotte Kearns is a second year sophomore at Interlochen Arts Academy. While at Interlochen, Kearns has been fortunate to have performed in musicals and plays in addition to working backstage as stage manager, dramaturg, and props and sets coordinator. Some of Kearns' favorite roles include The Secret Garden (Mary Lennox), Violet (Young Vi), and Matilda (Amanda Thripp; Sergei). Kearns has performed with notable companies including the San Francisco Symphony, the San Francisco Opera, National Sawdust, and The American Conservatory Theatre. Special thank you to Andrew McGinn, Bill Church, SJ, and the entire cast and crew for all their help in making this beautiful piece of theatre stay alive regardless of if its online or not!

Chloe Lupini (SET DESIGN)

Chloe Lupini is a three year senior at Interlochen Arts Academy. She is a Design & Production major with a focus on stage management and set design. She has spent the majority of her time at Interlochen working as a Stage Manager, and just recently began exploring her interests as a Designer. She will be attending the University of North Carolina School of the Arts in the fall pursuing a BFA in Stage Management.

Cookie Dutch (SOUND DESIGN)

Cookie Dutch is a four year senior. He spent his first three years at Interlochen as a creative writing major until he followed his fascination with the theatre and became a design and production major. As You Like It is only his second sound design to date, but he looks forward to continuing to explore the world of sound in relation to theatre. He is grateful to Andy McGinn for the opportunity to work on this show, and the cast and for their love of the work.


Emily Liberatore (COSTUME DESIGN)

Emily Liberatore is a costume designer from Hamburg, NJ and an artist in residence at Interlochen Arts Academy. Other productions at Interlochen include Matilda, Opera workshop, Spring Dance, and The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime. She is a 2018 graduate of Syracuse University.

Shaan Chaadva (MUSIC COMPOSITION)

Shaan is a pianist, music producer and, composer. He start producing after listening to other music producers in 7th grade. Shortly after starting producing, his focus went to composition and piano as he knew the fundamentals would help him produce better in the future. He currently studies Composition and Piano at Interlochen Center for the Arts. He has been playing piano for about 12 years now and has been producing for about 4. He started releasing music as SCayos at the start of 2019. He recently started another artist project called B9 where he uploads compositions instead of the beat-centric profile, SCayos.
