Article 8 - Facility Directives

ASYNC Institute have several facility directives, or other knowns as protocols to indicate threats towards ASYNC facilities and update operational statuses for ASYNC personnel. Each Facility Directive has it's own unique meaning and personnel should respond to the directive accordingly.

• Facility Directive: Green
  No active threats towards ASYNC facilities. Operations are to continue as usual and normal.

Directive: 

• ASYNC Personnel should continue their duties as usual. No altered operational status for any personnel due to protocol.

• Facility Directive: Yellow
  Threat is present towards ASYNC Facilities, rising tensions. All personnel should exercise caution. Operations may continue but with more caution. Personnel should be ready for sudden hostile raid or entity outbreak.

Directive: 

• ASYNC Personnel may continue duties as usual but should exercise utmost caution during operations outside of ASYNC facility or at entrance barricades. Be on alert for any entity outbreak at beacon & ASYNC Facilities or hostile raid. 

• Facility Directive: Red
  An active threat is present inside or at ASYNC Facilities. Combative personnel should respond to contain hostile raid or entity outbreaks present at ASYNC Facilities.

Mandated Directive: 

• ASYNC Operations are suspended & limited. Personnel outside of Security & Intevention, Specialized Research Division may not be at Surface Level of Project Phaserunner and must stay inside the Bottomside Facility. In other words, any personnel on the surface level must take the elevator back into the facility.

• Expeditions must be suspended until stability is regained at ASYNC & PPR Facilities. If there is an active expedition on going already, the expedition may continue.

• Security & Intervention department members must harden the area of breach immediately and confront any threat present towards the PPR Facility.

• Specialized Research Division may assist combatives (S&I) in the progress of gaining stability back.

• Engineering & Logistics personnel may be at surface level of Project Phaserunner Facility and exit through the airlock solely to setup defenses and fortify the vicinity of Project Phaserunner Facility entrance. Engineering personnel must fall back to ground level facility if ordered by their respective department command, Department Head+ or Security & Intervention members.

• Facility Directive: Purple "Danger"
  An extremely large threat is activately present at ASYNC Facilities. Sector is lost or imminent at any point.

Directive: 

• ASYNC Operations are completely suspended. Personnel who are not a member of Security & Intervention, Specialized Research Division may not be at Surface Level of Project Phaserunner and must stay inside the Bottomside Facility.

• Non-Combative personnel must immediately report to the emergency shelter and remain inside until directive ends or delevates to Red. Obey instructions given by security personnel present.

• Expeditions are completely suspended and on-going expeditions must be halted and hold their grounds at a secure place. Expedition Hosts in this case got two options: Either reset and return back to PPR, or hold their grounds at a secure position until directive de-elevates to Red.

• Security & Intervention department members must harden area of breach immediately and confront any threat present towards the PPR Facility.

• Specialized Research Division may assist combatives (S&I) in the progress of gaining stability back.
