The following examples were all made by middle school students during the pandemic - yup, we did this online together! The mages were taken by the students themselves using a variety of tools available to them during remote learning and shared. Materials consisted of 9” uncoated single-ply paper plates (or any sized circles traced from a round object on a piece of paper), paper creaser (a straight edge for creasing the folds), 1/2' masking tape, and bobby pins. I use these materials for my explorations and sometimes my finished pieces. Please check out the Students' Gallery for additional unique explorations of these forms.
