Learn the art of self testing for foods, supplements, vitamins, exercise, weight loss and more. Also known as muscle testing or kinesiology - a way to tune into your bodies innate knowing of what it needs, how much and when.
This workshop is ideal for the novice and a nice refresher for those who have experience with this technique or something similar.
YOU WILL NEED: an object that you can lift easily - such as a thermos with water in it, a light dumbbell, or a pitcher with water or rocks in it as deomonstrated in the video below. Something relatively small and easy to lift but isn't too light. It's okay to have multiple items nearby that you can experiment with. It took me a few months to find the 'perfect' item to e.t. with. So don't worry about that right now.
I would like this webinar to be very interactive and I encourage questions. There is a lot to go over in a short time.
I like to keep my webinars under an hour and a half - I know you're very busy and our attention spans are NOT what they used to be! You can always reach out to me with additional questions afterward.
You can set your device up in your kitchen if you'd like. A countertop space is ideal for the height but not necessary. You can sit doing this or you can stand. But you do want to be able to lift the object you choose to energy test with, comfortably.
The other reason you may want to be in your kitchen is to conveniently energy test foods or supplements that are handy.
Feel free to have other items near by - such as lotions, essential oils, soaps, shampoo, anything you'd like to test.
You're welcome to take notes during the webinar, however I plan to record it and can send it to you afterward. The recording will be available for purchase if you can't make it live.
You are not required to have your video on during the webinar, but I hope to see you since it's probably been awhile since I've seen you at all but also to offer better suggestions and tips.
Please let me know if you have any other questions and feel free to text/email me to confirm you're attending so we can make payment arrangements and then I'll send you the link.
If you are joining us, please do your best to sign on about 10 min early in case of any technical glitches. And feel free to invite friends/family or post it on your social media if you'd like.
Thank you all so much and hope to see you very soon!!

Thoughts to consider about energy testing ..... this tool is not an exact science and it's also not woo-woo. It's about learning how to communicate with your body in a 'different language' so-to-speak. This happens through the simple act of testing how the meridian (energy pathways in your body) respond in that moment to an idea, substance, ingredient, food, person, etc. And because everything is energy which is in a constant state of flux and change, the strength or weakness can vary moment to moment.
Muscle testing is also not about restriction or deprivation. Some people don't even want to give it a chance because they're afraid they won't be able to eat their favorite foods and sweet treats anymore. That's not what this is about.
From my own personal experience, I haven't had to give up anything. It's been quite the opposite actually. I thought I had food allergies and as it turns out my body was okay with some of these foods but in moderation. Other foods or supplements I thought I should have frequently (because they were touted as the next best super-food) - turns out my body doesn't want it at all or very little. That was shocking but also liberating and freeing.
Be smart, do not use energy testing for medications and don't eat foods you know are harmful to you. If you have a food allergy that could cause extreme allergic reactions (or God forbid death), you don't need to energy test those.
It's a day to day journey and it's different for everyone. We are unique beings with very unique bodies, needs and energies. So please keep an open mind when it comes to using this technique. Once you become confident in it, you can use it for all kinds of things. But like anything worth learning, it does require persistence, patience and practice.
It's an ever-evoloving tool like many things in life. If you attended my first webinar on this topic, I've learned additional tips and tricks since then. So I hope you will join us again, especially if you haven't been as consistent using it as you hoped.
There are a lot of little nuances I like to share with people that can really make a difference in your results. So I hope to see you for the webinar or feel free to reach out to me if you'd like a private, individualized session.
Peace and blessings!
