Have you been sent to Tier II collections? Well, we must say that we have an accounts receivable process in place that sends the account to American Profit Recovery if it’s not paid in a timely fashion. Since the account has been placed for collection, you’ll need to deal with them directly at 833‐227‐4606. If necessary you can ask to speak with a supervisor.
