SERVICES

To be added to the testing schedule, please go to Register My Services and complete the Google Form provided.

This is a separate service and will be billed independently of any other services.
Customers who register will be placed on the backflow assembly test list. Notices will be sent via our automated text and email system.
Testing will be performed by a state board–certified backflow assembly tester.
A copy of the completed test will be submitted to both the water purveyor and the customer, in compliance with the Idaho Backflow Assembly Tester Code of Ethics and Standards of Conduct.
The initial test fee applies regardless of whether the assembly passes or fails.

Customers will be placed on the Service Call List and assigned a service date.
A certified technician will arrive to inspect the issue and, if possible, perform the repair during the visit.

Re-Test Policy:
- If Artisan Backflow Services completes the repair, the re-test of the assembly is included.
- If repairs are performed by another party, an additional test fee will apply.
Failure After Repair:
- If the assembly fails re-testing after repair, replacement will be required.
- Customers will be notified of next steps and provided with current pricing for new assemblies.
This is a standalone service and will be billed separately from all other services.

Customers will be placed on the Sprinkler Turn-On List and contacted via our automated text and email system.
The sprinkler system will be charged from the water supply, and each valve will be tested electronically through the sprinkler timer.
The system will be inspected for leaks, and repairs will be made as needed.

Customers will be placed on the Service Call List and assigned a service date.
A technician will inspect the issue and, if possible, perform the repair during the visit.

This is a standalone service and will be billed separately from any other service.

Customers will be placed on the Sprinkler Winterization List and contacted via our automated text and email system.
The sprinkler system will be blown out on the scheduled date provided by the system. Exact times cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of the service.
Important: If service is refused, Artisan Backflow Services may not return to your area at a later date.

This is a standalone service and will be billed separately from any other service.

Customers will be placed on the Sprinkler Installation List. Installations will be scheduled and handled on a case-by-case basis.
