A.B.C.D. & YOU!

"To promote excellence in Arts Education Training & Practice, and the Appreciation of the Arts in Trinidad & Tobago."

We have set out on our Mission to spread a message of the benefits of Arts Education to the individual and society as a whole. Our Journey leads us into different communities as we make  friends and expand our A.B.C.D. Family. Let's support one another as we discover and share the Beauty around us!

A.B.C.D. MURALS

Students of San Fernando East Secondary strike a pose with their completed mural. See LINK

Art By Creative Design was invited by the Caribbean Colour Splash team to participate in their 5K Run event held on Sunday 3rd February 2019.  The A.B.C.D. family took the opportunity to involve attendees in a live interactive art activity, set on the grounds of Naparima Bowl, Paradise Pasture, San Fernando.  Working together with the students of San Fernando East Secondary and their art teacher, Mr. Ancil Rooplal, we created two 8' x 4' murals that when completed, added even more colour to an already colourful event!

A.B.C.D. was also happy to be a part of the Fun Day activities held at the San Fernando West Secondary School. It was a fun time beautifying the school environment with colour and lots of laughter!

Arts Education Support Grant

The Arts Education Support Grant (AESG) was implemented as part of our community outreach to assist young students of the arts in attaining the tuition needed to take them to the next level of their craft. Our first recipients of the AESG were Joshua & Ronaldo Lynch who were selected by Ms Claudine George, owner and teacher at the school of music, Cladon's Music, alongside Ms. Donna Humphrey. The students were able to receive 12 weeks tuition in drumming (traps). The Lynch brothers graduated successfully and now play for the afternoon services at the church which they attend. We look forward to financial support from the community in order for us to continue to provide this kind of support for our youth creatives.
