Augmented Reality (AR) offers opportunities to expand our concept of learning spaces, to create new dimensions in mobile learning and to increase connectedness of learners in multiple contexts.
‘ARstudio’ was a $224,000 Office for the Learning and Teaching (OLT) funded project, developed by a research team from the University of Canberra (UC), the Australian National University (ANU) and Macquarie University (MQ).
The project ran from 2011 - 2013.
This website is an archive and record of the work of ARStudio and it's results and publications.
The project developed effective uses of augmented reality in educational contexts, together with tools for mapping its uptake and evaluating its effectiveness.
The AR studio was located at the University of Canberra, INSPIRE centre.
