I've been an active classroom instructor at the collegiate level since 1994. Hardest thing is to grow talent for teaching - anyone can be an expert in your topic area, but can you transmit that knowledge to your students?
I am also a scholar in the life, work and philosophy of RI architect Norman M. Isham. Isham was one of the earliest "preservation architects" when the historic preservation movement was gaining prominence. I have published several articles and delivered numerous conference presentations on Isham's approach to the design of rehabilitation projects and new design.
