“Armbands Unite” is a flyer encouraging students at Sonoma State University to protest with the use of armbands. It was written in 1968 by an anonymous student of the university. The poster lists eight different colored armbands. Each of which has different meanings attached to them. At the bottom of the page reads “Volume I of the CRAP manifesto,” suggesting that it may be part of a larger piece of work. The meaning of each armband, along with the year the document was written, helps give insight into what this otherwise vague document is about.
