The most useful learning happens when rigorous theory is combined with practical application. I strive to create a classroom environment where students first feel engaged, then challenged, and finally, empowered. My goal is not merely to disseminate knowledge, but, as one of my MBA students noted, to ignite “curiosity and passion” that extends beyond the classroom. I achieve this by designing my courses from the ground up to be interactive, student-centric, and focused on developing the hands-on skills required in today’s business world.
