Welcome to the A & R Hacienda

Welcome! We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible, so we kindly ask that you follow these simple guidelines:

🐶 Pets

• One small or medium dog is welcome with a one-time $75 pet fee for your entire stay.

• Please contact us in advance if you plan to bring your dog.

• No other pets are allowed.

🚭 No Smoking

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and on the porch.

🌡️ Heating & Cooling

• Please review the provided instructions before using the heating or AC remotes.

🔇 Quiet Hours

• Out of respect for our neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM.

📷 Security

• For your safety and ours, we have cameras at both entrances.

• Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

🏠 House Access

• The home is fully yours during your stay.

• However, the basement, one second-floor closet, and the bathroom closet on the first floor are locked for use by our cleaning service.

🎉 No Parties or Gatherings

• Please, no parties or large gatherings inside the house or on the property.

🛏️ Bedrooms

• Kindly refrain from eating or drinking in the bedrooms.

🪑 Furniture

• If you move any furniture, please return it to its original position before checkout.

• Avoid dragging furniture across the floors to prevent scratches.

🗑️ Trash & Recycling

• Place all trash in the bins provided around the house and in the kitchen.

• Recycling can be placed in the bin under the kitchen sink.

• Our cleaning service will dispose of them after your stay.

🚗 Parking

• Please do not park on the street.

• You may park in front of the red garage or on the grass near the brown fence.
