About Us

We're Axel and Roy—two nature lovers brought together by a shared passion for the outdoors. Roy, a New York native, spent his childhood summers exploring the beauty of the Catskill Mountains, while Axel grew up in Panama with a deep-rooted appreciation for the environment.

When our paths crossed, it was the Catskills that truly captured both our hearts. Today, we live in Queens, NY, but our second home in Narrowsburg has become our peaceful retreat—our “zen”—when we’re not off exploring the world.

We’re thrilled to share a piece of that tranquility with you at our newly renovated Callicoon Hacienda. We hope it brings you as much joy and serenity as it brings us.
