Ph.D. Students
Dr. Aniket Rishi defended his PhD dissertation titled "Development of Highly Functional, Surface Tunable, and Efficient Composite Coatings for Pool Boiling Heat Transfer Enhancement" in Microsystems Engineering ( August 2021). Aniket will be joining Lam Research.
Dr. Poornima Kalyanram graduated with a PhD in Engineering ( Fall 2020) and is currently working as a Formulation Scientist at HDT Bio. Dissertation title "Interactions of Photosensitizers with Model Membranes and their Applications in Photodynamic Therapy"
M.S. Students
Suyash Niraula obtained a MS with project (Fall 2020) and is currently pursuing PhD at George Mason University. Project title "MATLAB coding to study the bubble dynamics in boiling applications".
Clement Kekessie is currently a Production Supervisor at Terves Inc. He graduated with a MS by thesis (Spring 2021) titled "Experimental and Theoretical Investigation of Evaporative Drying Patterns of Manganese Oxide Laden Droplets".
Ankita Patil is currently a DFM Engineer at Situ Places. She graduated with a MS by thesis (Spring 2021) titled "Comparing the efficacies of surfactant, ethanol, and commercial sanitizers in disruption of lipid membranes".
Bismark Oware is currently a Manufacturing Engineer at First Solar. He graduated with a MS by thesis entitled "Synthesis and characterization of copper foams" in Summer 2021.
B.S. Students
Justyn Bobinski obtained his BS (Summer 2021) and is recruited by Honda Development and Manufacturing of America as a test engineer at their R&D center in Raymond, Ohio
Aekansh Goel obtained his BS (Summer 2020) and is currently pursuing MS degree at Georgia Tech
