Our Facilities

The Argos Chapter's 17-acre property features hiking trails that lead you beside the ponds and streams and back to a peaceful bridge. The chapter house is a great space to hold a party, baby shower, graduation party, or meetings. The fireplace is the perfect backdrop for pictures or a wedding ceremony. There are three large ponds that are perfect to kayak, catch some fish, or just sit and enjoy the scenery.

Our grounds and clubhouse can be rented for your wedding, birthday party, baby shower, camping trip, or other occasions. Rates are $400 with a $250 deposit for a weekend (48 hours), or $200 with a $150 deposit for a single day (12 hours). Keys can be picked up and dropped off at the chapter house. Deposits are returned after the building and grounds are checked for damage, if the grounds and building have to be cleaned after your rental or if there is damage, you will not receive your deposit back. You have until the time frame of your rental is up. Therefore if you rent it for the weekend, you have 48 hours to host your event, clean up after yourself, get your belongings out, and turn in the key. Again, if this is not done we will keep your deposit as per the rental agreement states.
