Aresa's screenwriting mentor for her Junior year was Julia Bicknell. Julia is a TV writer working as a co-executive producer for Yellow Jackets. Through this mentorship Aresa learned everything from screenplay format to creating convincing plots -- the key is that plots come from the characters. During this mentorship Aresa developed two TV series.
