Arc Feedback Survey

We reached out to any School of Education faculty member who had requested that Arc be set up in their course to get their feedback. The survey was anonymous but faculty were given the option to include their name in their responses if they would like a follow-up.

Below is a summary of the results that we received.

Using a 1-5 Linear Scale, where 1 was the lowest and 5 was the highest, the following questions were asked.

Describe your best experience using Arc.

- Using commentary on videos for students
- Students videotaping classroom instruction
- Arc has allowed me to view my students' teaching the lessons that are assigned in each course .

Describe your worst experience using Arc.

- Not being able to download and save the comments
- Figuring out directions for students - difference between using in Discussion Board or as an assignment
- Figuring out a way to have small groups of students view and comment on videos

Do you have any additional comments about Arc that you would like to share?

- Students had difficulty uploading videos.
