Amenities Block in Amour Park closed for renovation. One male & one female Port-a-loo available.

Alternately Aquatic Centre amenities can be used. Non competitors must collect a Pass: from registration desk which must be returned when finished. Limit on 5 female & 5 male visitors at a time. In, use facilities, out

Christo's Coffee Van will be in the Amour Carpark from 8am serving delicious expresso and home baked goods. Great coffee, fantastic service

KEY REMINDERS:

• Arrival from 7:30am in Amour Park grandstand.

• Check in commences at 8:15am at pool entrance (competitors only) as called - check Event Schedule

• Self led course familiarisation from 7:30am - 8:45am

• Every students competes in 2 races - 

  • • Morning - age and gender based

    • Afternoon - seeded group bands

• All competitors must wear suitable swimwear for swim leg - no flotation devices or flippers; closed shoes and torso covered in the run.

• No parents/spectators permitted on pool deck/swim centre

• Bring plenty of fluids (especially electrolytes), snacks, sunscreen & hat. Please stay in shade when not competing. Report any injury and physical discomfort to medical staff immediately
