Aerodynamic body shape plays an important role in driver’s car handling. It helps in steering, suspension and most importantly thermal cooling of the engine. Team Automaestro’s Aerodynamics and Body panel design team is working very hard to design the most efficient and aesthetic looking body for our car. The body panel is going to be made of glass fiber. 42 simulations have already been done on 28 iterations and still the team is working on developing a more improved design. The team has already started working on DFM and pattern design for manufacturing the body panels.
