I strive to make my syllabi more inclusive by incorporating work by members of historically underrepresented groups and covering less commonly taught traditions, especially Asian philosophy. I also prioritize making my teaching accessible to students with different learning needs and preferences by crafting interactive lecture slides, designing engaging discussion prompts, and varying the methods of assessment.

Before starting graduate school, I taught English Language and IBDP Theory of Knowledge at a local secondary school for 3 years. I've worked with students from a variety of cultural backgrounds and age groups—ranging from 3rd grade to adult learners.
