Data were collected via the ACS Periodic Report, which is required to maintain ACS approval.  These reports are submitted every 6 years.  This table includes data from 476 ACS approved institutions and represents approximately 8400 faculty members at these institutions. Overall, 77% of faculty members, regardless of title, are white/Caucasian.
