Boilermaker

Construction Boilermakers (428A) fabricate, assemble, erect, test, maintain and repair boilers, vessels, tanks, towers, heat exchangers, and other heavy-metal structures. They perform all types of structural and plate work on dust, air, gas, steam, oil, water and other liquid-tight pressure vessels.  They are employed in boiler fabrication, manufacturing, shipbuilding, construction, electric power generation and similar industrial establishments.

Apprentice wage increases with skill and experience.  Here is the expected wage range in QUILL Region*:

• Low: $37.55 / hour

• Median: $47.16 / hour

• High: $53.35 / hour
