NATIONAL MATHEMATICS DAY 2023-24

On the occasion of National Mathematics Day, the Department of Applied Science and Humanities, BIET organized an Expert Lecture of Dr. Manoj Kumar, Assistant Professor, I.E.T. Lucknow on Dec. 23, 2022. The title of his deliberation was “Euler’s Theorem for Homogeneous Fuctions and Its Deductions”. The program started with the welcoming of the Guest speaker by the Head, Dr. B. S. Yadav. Dr. Kumar explained the functions and deductions of Euler’s theorem. He discussed the scope of it. At that juncture, the students of First year had a discussion with the speaker in a healthy and information enriched manner. The students also participated in several competitions like speech competetion, Poster presentation and Quiz competition. The students participated with great enthusiasm and the response was highly appreciable. The winners of various events were awarded and appreciated. The competitions concluded successfully with the great words of appreciation by the guest speaker and the convener of the event, Dr. B. S. Yadav, head of the department of Applied Science and Humanities. The event was conducted under the aegis of Dr. Siraj Fatma and  Mr. V. K. Mishra. The other learned faculty members were present. The program ended with the vote of thanks given by Dr. B. S. Yadav.
