Ultimately, we followed our timeline very closely! Besides the pivots described in the Plan vs. Reality Page, we largely achieved this timeline. Final integration of the firing system into the arm was delayed, but not because it couldn't be integrated. Rather, the arm's mounting platform was still being modified, so we waited until this was finalized to do the final attach of the end effector.
Also, if you look at our individual weekly updates, we mostly accomplished what we said we were going to in the next week, although this definitely wasn't always true. Sometimes we got so excited implementing one part of the robot, that other parts slipped. Though, the parts we missed would usually get more attention in coming weeks.
