September 11th

This meeting was on understanding the capacities of the brain, and how to expand that learning and knowledge capacity.

September 4th

We had a meeting to welcome our new PSEA members and congratulate our current members on a wonderful school year. We have more returning and active members than last year. 

August 24th

Torrence Brown, Maddy Helfer, and Ashley Unger went to recruit new PSEA members through bracelet making.

November 6th

Our president, Ashley Unger, gave a presentation on PECT tips and tricks to our younger PSEA members.

November 21st

We ended the year by throwing a surprise retirement party for our past president, Ashley Unger, and welcoming in our new president, Lindsey Naylor. 

September 18th

Torrence Brown went as Southern Region President to the Southern Region meeting, and she was a full voting member. 

October 30th

Torrence Brown, Jeremy Whitmore, and Maddy Helfer went and participated in a phone bank for local elected officials, and Maddy was the full voting member for the meeting.

September 5th

Torrence Brown, Jeremy Whitmore, and Maddy Helfer attended a PACE night at a local pizza place hosted by the southern region of PSEA. This was to mingle and converse with local officials running for offices.

January 27th

We held an introduction meeting on the importance of Student Conference, increasing our PACE, and more. 

July 21st-26th

Torrence Brown and Jeremy Whitmore attended the New and Early Career Educators track at Gettysburg college for a week-long conference in July. They learned about contracts, classroom engagement, what being a PSEA member involves, and transitioning from Student members to Active teaching members

Torrence Brown and Maddy Helfer redid the PSEA bulletin board to reflect the seasons and promote the club on campus.

PSEA members Torrence Brown, Maddy Helfer, Jeremy Whitmore, Ashley Unger, and Lindsey Naylor walked in the homecoming parade around Shippensburg and the University. They also went and supported the school at the tailgate and football game on campus. 

PSEA members Torrence Brown and Maddy Helfer designed our tshirt and crewneck designs for this year, and it was voted upon by all our members. It features Ship's little red schoolhouse, constructed in 1865 and moved on campus. It features Ship colors, loud and proud.
