Getting Your Money from Hubstaff → Wise → GCash (or PHP Bank) 

1. Log in to Wise.

2. Click Recipients on the left.

3. Click Add a Recipient.

4. Fill in details.

5. Choose Mobile Wallet → pick GCash (or your Philippine bank).
   
   

Nice, done! 🎉 That means Wise now knows where to send PHP.

1. In Wise, click Open Balance on the left.

2. Select USD, then click Open your Balance.

3. Wise setup = virtual USD bank account.

1. In Wise, click your USD Balance.

2. Click Get Bank Details.

3. Wise will ask for a $20 transfer and ID verification.

   • Use a debit card or GCash Mastercard.

   • Upload your ID (passport or driver’s license).

4. Wait for Wise to approve it, then they’ll show your USD routing info.

→ That’s your “receiving USD” account—your own virtual US bank.

1. When your pay arrives, you’ll get an email:
   “(Company) wants to send you money with Wise.”

2. Click Complete your Transfer in the email or Hubstaff → Payment Accounts.

3. Enter the USD account details you got from Wise:

   • Account type: Savings

   • Bank address/details: Use Wise’s address (e.g., New York), not your PH address.
     
     

→ USD lands in your Wise USD Balance. Woo-hoo.

1. In Wise, click your USD Balance.

2. Click Send → choose International.

3. Select PHP as the currency to convert to.

4. Choose your PHP Recipient (GCash or bank).

5. Wise automatically does the conversion and sends to your wallet.

→ Now it’s in your hands! 💸

Once your balances are verified and set:

1. Go to Hubstaff → click your avatar on bottom left → Payment Accounts.

2. Click Add an Account → Select Wise.

3. Fill in your Wise email, name, and currency (USD).

4. Click Connect.
   
   

Now future payments go straight from Hubstaff → Wise → GCash (or your local bank). Easy setup = stress-free payday.
