Digital Learning, Training, and Capacity-Building Programs

This page highlights the digital learning, training, and capacity-building programs I design and facilitate for educators, students, and professionals. My work focuses on strengthening competencies in Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), media literacy, and technology-enhanced learning. Through interactive workshops, hands-on labs, content creation studios, and digital learning exchanges, participants develop practical skills to design engaging online courses, integrate digital tools effectively, and apply critical thinking in their learning environments. Each program emphasises experiential learning, real-world application, and the responsible use of information in the digital age.

1. Digital Learning Showcase

These sessions focus on course dissemination and the use of Framerspace features. Participants explore innovative digital tools and platforms, gaining hands-on experience to enhance teaching and learning through technology.

2. Course Content Workshops

Short, high-impact sessions, designed for deep dives into specific content areas. These workshops include:
- Masterclass on Content Creation: Learn to design engaging, effective course materials.
- Masterclass on Media Literacy in Practice: Explore strategies to foster critical thinking and information literacy among learners.

3. Rollout Workshops

Content Creation: Learning Labs
- Hands-on, experimentation-driven sessions where participants explore tools, frameworks, and pedagogies in real time. These studio-based environments encourage co-design of curriculum, digital content, and learning experiences, with a focus on:
  - Curricular Integration and Implementation of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) and Media & Information Literacy (MIL)
  - Online Teaching & Course Creation: Develop technology-enhanced learning environments to promote critical thinking, active learning, and ICT integration in education.
  - Support for flipped and blended learning models, content development, and educational technology research.

Digital Learning Exchanges
- Interactive, peer-learning spaces for sharing resources, tools, and best practices. Participants collaborate to enhance professional skills and build a community of practice.

Curricular Integration and Implementation
- Contributed as a resource person in the Four-day Rollout workshop on “Guidelines and Action Plan for Curricular Integration and Implementation of ESD and GCED in Schools” organized by NCERT (Nov 11-14th, 2025).
- Contributed as a resource person in the Four Day Workshop for vetting the "Guidelines and Action Plan for Curricular Integration and Implementation of ESD and GCED in Schools" organized by NCERT (March 11-14th, 2024).
- Contributed as a resource person in the Four-day Consultative Meet on “Guidelines and Action Plan for Curricular Integration and Implementation of ESD and GCED in Schools” organized by NCERT (Dec 26-29th, 2023).
