My research focuses on implementing technology-enhanced learning to develop critical thinking skills and facilitate teacher training. In this pursuit, I have actively engaged in conducting a diverse array of training programs, workshops, and faculty development programs (FDPs) spanning various themes and topics across India.
These initiatives have catered to a broad spectrum of participants, including educators, students, and professionals. In my role as a trainer, facilitator, and resource person, I have strived to impart knowledge and skills vital for their professional growth and academic development.
The themes and topics covered in these programs encompass an extensive range, from fostering digital literacy and ICT training to promoting education for sustainable development (ESD), conducting research in biology education (BER), and enhancing media literacy. Specific areas include online teaching, active learning, ICT integration in education, flipped and blended learning models, educational technology research, online course development, and the creation and evaluation of assessment instruments.
Through these endeavors, my aim has been to empower participants with the necessary expertise to navigate the ever-evolving educational landscape effectively, ultimately contributing to the advancement of both educators and learners in the digital age.
