With over nine years of experience in research and capacity development in international non-profit organizations, I am a seasoned learning experience designer with a strong focus on digital learning, education for sustainable development (ESD), and social and emotional learning. I have leveraged technology to scale up my work, designing innovative online courses on these themes while leading and delivering teacher and student training workshops online and offline. My expertise includes project strategy and planning, awareness and outreach programs, program communication strategies, monitoring and evaluation processes, partnership building, and designing research studies.

As a Project Officer at UNESCO MGIEP, I am responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating ESD work at the local, regional, and national levels. My Ph.D. from IIT Bombay has provided me with a strong foundation at the intersection of education, technology, and interdisciplinary themes. Throughout my career, I have worked on projects that have resulted in international journal and conference papers, enabling me to bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.

By combining my experience in capacity development and research with my passion for education and technology, I am well-equipped to design effective and innovative learning experiences that can engage and empower learners in new ways. As AI and other emerging technologies continue to reshape the education landscape, I am committed to staying at the forefront of this rapidly evolving field to help learners, teachers, and policymakers navigate the challenges and opportunities ahead.
