The work on this page explores how AI can be responsibly integrated into learning and organisational workflows.
Rather than automating decisions, these systems use AI to generate draft structures that support human review, reflection, and action.
The focus is on practicality, scalability, and human-centred system design.
Project: Human-Centered AI Onboarding Assistant
Overview: This project explores how AI can be responsibly enabled within onboarding to support personalisation without removing human judgment. The system generates a draft 30-60-90 day onboarding plan based on structured human input, designed for manager review and discussion. It demonstrates AI as a supporting capability within learning systems rather than a decision-making authority.
The problem:
Onboarding in many organisations is static and one-size-fits-all, despite diverse roles, seniority levels, and learning needs
L&D teams cannot realistically personalise onboarding at scale without significant manual effort
New joiners often experience training as a checklist rather than a developmental journey
What I built
A structured onboarding workflow that generates personalised 30-60-90 day plans
Form-based input capturing role context, learning style, and success criteria
Automated onboarding draft generation with constrained AI output
A production-style web interface using a serverless backend
Clear framing of outputs as review-based and human-led
These projects focus on workflow design and system behaviour rather than model development or large-scale data engineering.
