About Ordering

• Our Joglo houses are made by order, which means we begin production only after an agreement is made.

• Some units may be available as ready stock, but availability is very limited.

About Pricing

• Prices listed do not include shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in the contract.

• Prices may change at any time depending on updates to raw material costs and production needs.

Production Process

• During the production of your wooden house, we will send regular photo/video updates so you can track the progress.

Order Cancellation

• If cancellation is made before production starts, we will refund 100% of the payment.

• However, if production is already underway or completed, cancellation is not possible.

Product Warranty

1. We offer a 30-day warranty starting from the day the house arrives at your location.

2. This warranty covers structural damage caused by errors during the production process.

3. It does not cover damage caused by external factors such as: 

   • Termite attacks

   • Weather-related discoloration

   • Damage due to user negligence

4. Shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Other matters not mentioned here can be discussed openly and in a friendly manner.

1. We provide custom-made Joglo houses based on your desired design and size.

2. We’re happy to discuss and give suggestions based on your needs.

3. If needed, our team is available to visit your location for measurements and consultations.

4. (Transportation costs are covered by the buyer.)

5. For bulk orders, we offer special pricing or discounts.

6. We also welcome reseller partnerships with attractive pricing offers.
