For example: Grade A or B teak wood, depending on your needs and budget.

3. Get a Price Offer

We will provide several price options based on the wood type and design you choose.

4. Create a Contract

After the design and materials are agreed upon, we will prepare a stamped work agreement letter as a formal contract.

5. Production Process

Construction can be done in our workshop or directly on your site—depending on our agreement.

6. Delivery to Your Location

Once completed, the house will be shipped to your building site.

7. On-Site Assembly

Our team will assemble the Joglo house on-site until it stands strong and complete.

8. Detailed Price Calculation

To get an accurate price, we will calculate everything in detail based on size, design, wood type, and construction materials. We will send you a special form for this purpose.

9. Final Agreement & Contract

After all the details are confirmed, we will send a final stamped contract to ensure clarity and comfort for both parties.

Step-by-Step Payment System

To make the process easier and more transparent, payments are made in stages:

Initial Down Payment: 30% after the contract is signed
Second Payment: 40% when the main frame is completed
Final Payment: 30% when the house is fully assembled at your location

This system ensures your funds are used gradually according to project progress, helping avoid unwanted issues for both sides.
