Social, Fundraiser & Appreciation Committee:
We have several members but we are always in need of volunteers to set up/break down events or offer support the day of. Thank you for contacting us.
We also have many fundraising options but not enough volunteers to implement them. Please join the team and create a recipe book, work with companies like SPUD… see some of the fundraising options below and start a project.
Annexe Henderson:
We are looking for parent who could help coordinate the Friday hot lunches at Henderson this year. If anyone is interested please reach out to the social committee.

Gift a Green has contacted us with a fundraising opportunity:
We can buy original postcards (with seeds and/or tea).

As a volunteer parent, you would:
Create an info sheet and order form
Distribute the form to parents via the teacher’s mail slots
Collect orders and liaise with Gift a Green
Be at the school the day of the delivery, to distribute them to the correct classes
Gift cards fundraising
Buy gift cards, raise money.

Enter orders on FUNDSCRIP website
Distribute gift cards to parents
We have the experience and the promotional material ready for you. What we need is someone to:
Choose a day where parents can bring in used belongings
Publicize the activity and date to families
Help on the collection day
The same way we sold poinsettias, we would like to offer families the opportunity to buy spring plants and benefit our school.

Ideally this job requires 2 people. As a volunteer parent, you would:
Reserve the delivery date
Promote the plant sale to parents
Collect orders and payment 14 days before the delivery date
Register orders online 10 days before the delivery date
Be at the school on the delivery date and the distribution date
