Action Committee

The Action Committee was originally formed with the goal of trying to improve, and hopefully to eventually replace the physical building of Anne-Hébert school. The committee has evolved into a core group of members acting as a liaison between the parent community while working together with the school administration and the CSF on the current issue of over-population.

The committee is committed to bringing forth the needs and issues related to the school and its environment for the best interests of the students and parents.

Lunch Activities Committee

This committee works with the school's administration to find new French language activities for the students to do during their lunch break.

We already offer the option for students to participate in Zumba, circus initiation, soccer with Faly , ping pong, badminton, lego animation and foozball ...

Staff Appreciation Committee

This committee organizes an end-of-year lunch to thank Anne Hébert's staff and teachers.

It also organizes a dinner for the teachers the night of parent / teacher meetings

Communication Committee

This committee updates the website of the association.

Each month, the committee also publishes and distributes the APEAH newsletter, you can find it here

We need parents to translate pages and documents from French to English, contact us using the form on the site.

Fundraising Committee

Setting up sushi and pizza lunches, and also works an other fundraising such as QSP, Greetings cards from the drawings of our students.

We need parent volunteers every month, see the opportunities right here.

English parents are welcome to participate.

Partners Committee

Two parents volunteers attend a meeting at the school once every 6 weeks (5 to 6 meetings per year) to discuss topics that affect student life.

The group is made up of management, support staff, parents and sometimes employees of related services such as Le Parasol, Tartine et Chocolat ...

Only French speaking parents for this committee.
