The Annapolis NJROTC Air Rifle Team (the Gators) practices marksmanship and competes in local, state, and national competitions year round.
The Air Rifle team practices Mondays for Novice and Wednesdays for Veteran Shooters after school from 1600-1830.
The team is currently comprised of the following cadets: Veteran: Arthur Robinson, Aria Proctor, Braden Martin,Peter Moodie, and Novice: Tiernan Purdy, Naomi Fowlkes, Zachary Cline, Logan Brashears, and Micheal Gallagher. This is one of the unit's most premier teams, which has qualified to shoot at the CMP Nationals and Junior Olympics matches every year for the past 16 years! The team enjoys developing their skills, team breakfasts, road trips, and their beloved mascot.
