Dr. Ankit Verma

I am an Assistant Professor of Chemistry at ICFAI University, Himachal Pradesh, India. I have earned my Ph.D. in Chemistry from Shoolini University (India's No.1 Private University), Himachal Pradesh, India and since built strong expertise in material synthesis, characterization techniques and environmental chemistry. My research contributions have been internationally recognized and has been listed in the Stanford-Elsevier Global Ranking of Top 2% Scientists (2025). I have published 40 articles in peer-reviewed international journals and 10 book chapters and actively contributes to the scientific community as an author and reviewer. I have serves as a Guest Editor for the Journal of Molecular Structure (IF: 4.7, Q2) (Elsevier) and a reviewer for multiple high-impact journals across materials science and environmental chemistry. I have academic interests include nanomaterials, photocatalysis, adsorption and sustainable environmental applications. I have dedicated to integrating research insights into teaching and mentoring to cultivate analytical thinking and innovation in students.
