Academics

1. Best Research Award under the conference title of  "Engineering and Theoretical Physics" in Student's Research Convention (SRC) - 2021 held at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur from 27th-28th March 2021 for the presentation on  “ Performance Investigation of III-V material over Conventional Silicon in Nanoelectronic Devices “.

2. Best Paper Award at 9th International Conference on Computing, Communication and Sensor Networks (CCSN), Kolkata, October 2020 for the presentation on “Performance Comparison of III-V and Silicon FinFETs for Ultra-Low Power VLSI Applications”.

3. A travel grant has been awarded to attend the 3rd IEEE Bombay Section Signature Conference (IBSSC-2021) scheduled at IIIT Gwalior, India on Nov 2021.

4. Student Fellowship is awarded to attend the 18th IEEE India Council International Conference (INDICON) at IIT Guwahati, India, 2021.

5. An awardee of MP Young Scientist Fellowship in Electrical and Electronics discipline for the year of 2014.

6.  An awardee of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) between 2017-2019 and Senior Research Fellowship (SRF) for the year of 2020-21 by Minister of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India.  

7. GATE fellowship during M.Tech program (2012-2014).

• Student volunteer of the National Service Scheme (NSS) from 2017 -2019 at PDPM IIITDM, Jabalpur. 

• Student volunteer of the "Jagrati, An Initiative of IIITian" at PDPM IIITDM, Jabalpur.

• C-Certificat holder of National Cadet Corps (NCC) in 2006.

2021

• Participated and secured Third place in the Slogan Writing competition conducted under the Swachta Pakhwada -2021 at PDPM IIITDM, Jabalpur 

• Secured First position in the International Yoga Day Essay writing competition, organized by the PDPM IIITDM, Jabalpur on 21st June 2021. 

• Participated and secured Second place in the essay competition on the topic "Contributions of Indians towards Freedom Struggle" orgainsed on the occasion of India's 75 years of Independence on 23rd March 2021  as per the direction of the Ministry of Education, Government of India.

• Secured Third position in the Essay writing competition on the topic "The linguistic diversity of our country" conducted under Matrabhasha Diwas, organized by the PDPM IIITDM, Jabalpur on 21st February 2021.

2020

• Participated and secured Second place in the Slogan Writing competition conducted on the occasion of International Women Day at PDPM IIITDM, Jabalpur on 6th March 2020.

• Website coordinator of the Fit-India profile at PDPM IIITDM, Jabalpur. 

• Student representative for maintenance of  website for the micro and nano lab, PDPM IIITDM Jabalpur for AY 2019-20.
