IEEE Nano Technology Council Chapter, PDPM IIITDM, Jabalpur, India
IEEE Student Branch, PDPM IIITDM, Jabalpur, India
I am working as Research Associate with the DeepNano group, University of Glasgow, Scotland, headed by Prof. Vihar P Georgiev. Here, I am responsible to conduct nanoelectronics device simulations such as GAA FET, FinFET etc for the project titled, “Probing the States of Single Molecules for Sensing and Multi-value Memory Applications”. Apart from that I am conducting variability analysis of novel electronic devices. I was also part of the developer group of in-house simulation software called, "NESS". I am also a member of various technical society such as IEEE, ISTE, IETE etc.
I completed my Ph.D. in the discipline of Electronics and Communication Engineering, at the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design, and Manufacturing, Jabalpur, India and carried out my research under the supervision of Dr. Dip Prakash Samajdar in the investigation of III-V material such as InGaAs, GaAsSb, InGaSb for the application of low power devices and biosensor applications.
I have published numerous articles in prestigious national and international publications and conferences such as IEEE, Elsevier, Springer, and others. I was the recipient of a research scholarship from the Indian Ministry of Human and Resource Development (MHRD). Earlier, I held the position of section vice-chair for the IEEE nanotechnology council (NTC) chapter and served as the secretary for the IEEE student branch of PDPM IIITDM, Jabalpur, India.
