The laboratory is equipped with an IX73 Inverted Fluorescent Microscope, which provides a smooth positioning system that enables cells to be easily tracked, even at high magnifications. The observation limit settings immobilize the stage and help maintain its position, including during reagent applications, even if the stage is inadvertently touched.
SASTRA University operates the HPC Linux Cluster (Petaflop), a hybrid high-performance computing system that integrates X86, IBM Power, and GPU platform servers, boasting a storage capacity of 80 TB. This cluster is equipped with Nvidia V100, A100, K80, and K20 GPU cards, and features over 1500 CPU cores and 2 TB of RAM.
